Licence agreement

Please read carefully through the following software licence agreement. This agreement refers to the computer programs, program specifications and related manuals and examples, hereinafter called the "Software".

Permission is hereby granted, free of charge, to any person or company obtaining a copy of the Software. The right of use is not therefore subject to any sales or warranty legislation. You must accept the Software in its currently available form.

The Software is intended for private and commercial use on any workstation.

By installing the Software, you explicitly agree to be bound by the conditions of this agreement. If you do not accept the conditions of this agreement, you may not use the Software.

The following restrictions rights of use do apply:

• The Software must not be decompiled nor modified, translated, reverse-engineered or disassembled. Reproduction, translation or modification of the written material is forbidden

• The Software must not be rent or sold without a subtential work providing new functionalities. Future versions of the Software may include equivalent functionalities
• Any development which makes use of the Software must clearly mention the author name (Nathanaël COTTIN) and contact information (http://www.powerasn.com)
• This Software is protected by copyright. The copyright covers in particular the program code, documentation, appearance, structure and organisation of the program files, program name, logos and other forms of representation within the Software.
